Attendant Care (ATC)
This service helps members continue to reside in their homes and participate in community activities by supporting personal cleanliness, daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and sanitary environment.
Habilitation (HAH)
Habilitation services enhance a member's independence and improve their daily life skills. These services often include teaching activities, such as cooking a meal or managing a budget. Habilitation can occur in the member's home or community. The PCSP Team creates outcomes, which the provider tracks to measure success.
Respite (RSP)
A service that provides short-term care and supervision consistent with the person's health needs, supplements care to provide a safe living environment, and/or supports or relieves caregivers for the person's benefit. Services are provided as a planned or unplanned non-routine interval of rest and/or relief to a family member or other unpaid person who resides with and provides ongoing care for a member.
Transportation (TRA)
This service offers transportation to or from the nearest suitable AHCCCS registered provider for members unable to arrange transportation.
Room and Board (RRB)
Provide staff awake 24 hours daily to meet members' needs and help them learn skills. This option is ideal for members who need more assistance with independent skills, such as cleaning, hygiene, self-help, etc. Most homes are licensed for three to four members (no more than six).
Habilitation (HAB)
Services provide a variety of interventions designed to enhance the functioning of individuals with developmental disabilities. These services may include habilitative therapies, specialized developmental skills, behavioral interventions, and sensorimotor development.
Group Supported Employment (GSE)
Provides on-site supervision to a small group working in a community setting. Groups can range from two to four individuals. The DDD service provider or the employer may pay members.
