Our Mission
At The Little Foundation, our mission goes beyond providing support. We want the individuals we serve to build skills, experience their community, work toward personal goals, and live as independently as possible. We believe every person — regardless of ability — deserves the opportunity to say: "I DID IT!"
How We Got Here
A Foundation Built on Love
The Little Foundation was founded with a simple but powerful belief: that individuals with developmental disabilities deserve more than just care — they deserve a life filled with choices, friendships, accomplishments, and laughter.
For over 10 years, we have been serving Arizona families through our group homes, Group Supported Employment program, and Home & Community Based Services. What started as a small operation has grown into a trusted name in the Arizona DDD community.
We are proud to be licensed and contracted with the Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD), and we remain committed to providing the highest quality, most person-centered services possible.
